William H. Giese, the founder and owner of the company, is an Iowa State University graduate who first began his real estate career in Colorado Springs in 1952. His foresight and extensive knowledge of real estate have enabled him to quide the company into the high level of professionalism that is has today.
William H. Giese, Jr., who for 15 years has traveled throughout the country and to foreign countries, spending some seven years in Australia in real estate and sales work, is now concentrating on the development of demographics and analytical programs for proper planning of shopping center and commercial complexes.
